Rep. Cheney reluctantly urges a no vote on Senate Bill 5536, addressing drug possession
Rep. Greg Cheney, R-Battle Ground, gives a floor speech against Senate Bill 5536, addressing drug possession and fixing the state Supreme Court’s so-called Blake decision. Ultimately, he says an acknowledgement of a problem must be part of the solution, which this bill fails to recognize.
